With a deep-rooted, 100-year history in the Plattsmouth community, Wiles Development is committed to fostering community growth and development. Our goal is to improve residents’ quality of living with more choices for shopping, dining, lodging, entertainment and other services.
To this end, we’re creating Wiles Crossing – Plattsmouth’s newest business development – and the Wiles Kucera Sports and Wellness Complex – a 120-acre, state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor sports facility to help improve the health and wellness of residents. The Complex will also generate additional revenue for the community by capitalizing on special-event opportunities.
Additional projects under development in Plattsmouth with Wiles are the Highway 66 Technology Park, Wiles Technology Park and Wiles Industrial Park. These projects, along with Wiles Crossing and the Wiles Kucera Sports and Wellness Complex, are making Plattsmouth even more attractive to current and future residents.
