Designed to meet the needs of technology-based companies, Wiles Technology Park will sit on 83 acres of property in Plattsmouth. Construction can begin as early as spring 2011 with completion within 14-18 months.
With new water and sewer adjacent to the property and the ability to locate a power substation on the site itself as needed, Wiles Technology Park can accommodate almost any data center or communications application. In addition, multiple fiber options are available.
